USPS First Class mail normally takes about 5 days to arrive to most cities
in the USA, but can take longer. USPS Priority mail normally takes 2-3
days to arrive.

credit card. PayPal acts as our credit card merchant service, but a
PayPal account is not required nor created. You may use a credit card

Disclaimer Stuff:

Many of our products and kits require some level of disassembly or
modification of your telescope or mount. If you are not confident
that you can perform the installation, please get help from someone
who has experience with the type of operation. If you don't want to
install the item, please contact us for return information.

Installation of aftermarket accessories may effect the warranty for
your telescope or mount. We are not liable for problems related to
installation of aftermarket accessories!

Some items may look different than pictured here, although function
will be the same as shown and as described.

Returns and Warranty Information:

All products carry a 30 day guarantee and a lifetime warranty for defects in
materials or workmanship, unless otherwise noted. Warranty is not transferrable.

We want you to be happy with your ScopeStuff purchase! We will exchange
your items or issue a store credit if you need to return them. If you require
a refund, a restocking fee will apply. Restocking fees will not apply to returns
and exchanges that are warranty issues, or are due to our error.

Items returned for exchange or credit must be in new, resellable condition
and in original packaging, and must be returned postage paid. Items that have
been installed and used or have hardware marks or wear are not returnable
as new unless the items are defective. Eyepieces, barlows and diagonals that
have thumbscrew marks or scratches on the barrel or optics with fingerprints
are not returnable as new!

All returned merchandise must have an RMA number or return authorization
email inside the package. Please call or email prior to returning merchandise.

Return packages must have a full return address including customer name,
and must contain documentation about the return. Return packages without
a customer name and full return address on the package and documentation
inside the package are processed as a low priority!

Please pack items at least as well as you received them. We can not extend
warranty to items that we receive damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Items to be returned due to shipping damage must include the original package
the item was shipped to you in. Warranties do not cover items that were
damaged while being unpacked, like telescope covers that are cut.

Do not return parts in any type of envelope or padded envelope, as those are
very likely to be damaged in transit.
