Monster Schottky Diode Pair IR301CNQ050
This high current Schotty diode common cathode pair was designed
for use as a full wave center tap rectifier in high current power
supplies, but also makes a great isolation diode for battery
applications like monster audio, solar or alternative energy and
battery systems. Spec'd at 300 amps with low forward voltage drop
and very low reverse leakage, the package operates at very high
forward currents even whithout extra heat sinking.
Rated at 300 amps forward current, 50 volts reverse voltage,
175C junction temperature. Forward voltage drop is very low at
lower currents. One great feature is the terminals, which are
1/4-20 threaded anode connections and 1/4" hole for the cathode
on the common bar. Great for large wires terminated in monster
ring lugs, yielding low voltage drop and terminal resistance.
The two diode anode terminals can be wired together to make
one huge, low drop diode.
These are used, pulled from equipment, but tested for forward
current to 50 amps and reverse leakage to 30 volts. I don't have
anything to test to beyond 50ADC!
